A day in my shoes: Manar Mohamed

We've been wanting to do this segment for a while now and with the great response we received from everyone, we finally got the courage and the chance to feature it on our blog to show the world that middle-eastern women posses genuine style and express it through their unique ways with such taste to incorporate and define their own personality.

Therefore, in today's post, we are excited to show off our first 'a day in my shoes' feature with the stylish Manar Mohamed:

[Outfit: Self-designed from head to toe; Classic Christian Louboutin Daffodil heels; YSL arty ring, Hermes bracelet]
[Burberry white blouse; Mango fringe blazer and skirt; Gucci heels; YSL arty ring]
[Self-designed ruffled maroon top; Zara flared black pants; Versace heels; Maison Martin Margiela clutch; Hermes bracelet]

Name: Manar Mohamed
Age: Twenty two
Occupation: Fashion design student

Describe your style in 3 words.
My style is all about looking elegant and chic, yet stylish in a way.

What is the one to-go fashion piece that completes your overall look?
My current to-go piece is the YSL arty ring, but one ring is never enough.

Who is your style icon?
Anna Dello Russo, because she's never afraid to experiment with fashion, she has this unique and different look and is always dressy for any occasion. Also, that I never saw her in jeans, and that's one thing I like about her (I'm not a jeans person too).

What designer or retail store reflects your personal style?
It's hard to pick one store, but I must say Zara.

What are your current favorite trends?
Currently, I'm into flared pants in different patterns and fabrics, pairing them off with a statement piece such as a puffed up sleeve top.

Song of the day:  Belief over misery, I've seen the enemy and I won't go back, back to how it was, and I got my heart set on what happens next, I got my eyes wide, It's not over yet, we are miracles and we're not alone.
